OVERVIEW
The Marketing & Editorial Design initiative covered the ongoing visual identity of Tom Sawyer Software's outward-facing content — from in-depth use case editorials explaining complex product applications, to social media artwork built for fast-paced platform cycles, to website materials supporting the broader brand.
My role was to own the design of this content end-to-end, balancing rapid-turnaround production with the visual consistency expected of an enterprise product brand.
The result was a steady stream of polished, on-brand marketing materials that supported product releases, events, webinars, and sales meetings, without pulling focus from the core product design work running in parallel.
THE CHALLENGE
Competing priorities. Balanced fast-turnaround marketing requests against ongoing product UI work, without letting either suffer.
Content complexity. Translated technical, data-heavy use cases into editorial pieces that were visually clear and engaging for non-technical audiences.
Platform variety. Adapted a single visual language across formats — long-form editorial, social media artwork, and website pages — each with different constraints.
MY PROCESS

Design across formats
